Lowell’s passion for fitness soon led him into management and training in the fitness world, opened up many doors, and brought him to East Texas, where he now calls home. He has gained many years of experience through his opportunities to manage, train and coach at successful gyms and it became a dream of his to one day open his own gym and continue to coach people who are dedicated and passionate about being physically and mentally fit.
After discovering CrossFit in 2007 he fell in love! He is now a level one CrossFit coach with many more certifications to come. “Crossfit is the most rewarding form of fitness, in all aspects that I have ever encountered in my life,” says Lowell Amparan. Each day in my gym I have the opportunity to improve someone’s quality of life, and this is the greatest reward of all.”
